Team Leading
Heading a group of people is a responsible role, one which requires you to be authoritative but fair, a leader but still one of the team. Being a Team Leader can be difficult, and making the right decisions and giving the correct instructions can be problematic. However there is something that could help -an Apprenticeship or a National Vocational Qualification. Through developing your leadership skills and honing your competency at directing and co-ordinating people, an NVQ can help make you an effective, well respected Team Leader.
