As part of the strategy, we will continue to review our approach to segmenting the market, ensuring that the needs of employers across all the sectors that we work in are considered. A clear plan has been developed to support our strategy, and this is available to JHP Training employees. It identifies activities, planned outcomes, responsibilities and timescales. We have tried to ensure that all actions in the plan are easily measurable, so that we can evaluate and monitor our progress effectively. Progress against the plan will be clearly communicated, internally and externally, to key stakeholders to ensure that the process is transparent.
