"Team members on Alcohols Ltd, Langley depot underwent various
training with JHP Training. The training included Team Leader,
Warehouse and Distribution and Business Administration with myself
undertaking NVQ Level 4 in Management.
The training was very thorough and was decided on through JHP
Training carrying out a training needs assessment next to my own
assessment done earlier that year.
I'm pleased to say that the training not only helped support the
needs of the individual team members, but was achieved through
one-to-one training and support from the JHP Training Assessors. The
trainers were always able to be contacted by many means, e-mail,
internet and phone.
The training has helped improve the personalities within the team
with individuals becoming more focused and positive about where they
are, and where they are going, with regards to their career
structure. The team members are more positive about using their own
initiative, recognising abilities they never realised they had, and
using these in a positive way in the day-to-day work they carry out.
By this I mean processes have improved, and not just quick fixes,
but sustained and developed in such a way that the process was not
just improved locally, but extends to assisting Head Office with
information gathering etc...
Although all Team Members have improved in their own way, one
particular member has come from being a single minded, almost
non-conforming individual, to a more responsible and approachable
individual who now has a more positive future with the company. This
has also been recognised by The Senior Management Board who have
recognised the improvement in the individual Team Member who is now
seen in a more positive light b those around him. The training
support from JHP Training has also helped to the point that another
team member is to be promoted to a Warehouse Supervisor.

"I wanted to give some feedback about the three assessors that
have been supporting us in HFC Bank.
Through discussions with them, we agreed that I could send any
interest forms I received from our employees to them - for one of
them to advise if the employee was eligible or not. I have received
a response from any one of them within a day of my original email
being sent. They have also agreed to come in every 2 weeks to
complete Inductions, which has proved very successful so far, as in
the last month we have Inducted over 30 employees.
They have been a tremendous support to me in co-ordinating our NVQ
programme for our employees and the process has been very effective.
