JHP Group is the UK’s largest provider of skills and employment solutions and the second largest provider of Apprenticeship programmes. Our wide range of employability programmes, Apprenticeships, vocational training and professional qualifications enable individuals to start and strengthen their career across a range of sectors in the UK. 

What we offer

We have friendly, experienced staff to provide you with impartial information, advice and guidance on learning, employment or any social issues you may be facing.  We will help you make informed decisions about which programmes you may wish to undertake and how you can achieve your goals.

JHP Group offers a wide variety of programmes that you may be eligible for, these include:

  • Apprenticeships

  • Key Skills or Functional Skills

  • Employability Programmes

We offer training in Child and Adult Care, Retail, Distribution, Business Administration, Customer Services, Hospitality, ITQ and Management.  We are continually widening our offer to meet the needs of learners and clients; for a full list of programmes available please speak to a JHP Group Representative.

  • To be punctual and reliable when attending scheduled sessions arranged with your JHP

  • Group Representative.

  • To take ownership and responsibility for your programme

  • To undertake tests to assess skill levels as required

  • Respect others at all times and do not participate in any form of discrimination, harassment or bullying and report any concerns immediately

  • Provide feedback on your experience to help us to continuously improve what we do at JHP Group

  • Comply and follow any relevant procedures either within your workplace or whilst visiting a JHP Centre.

Any comment or complaint we receive is dealt with in confidence. We will ensure that your feedback is acknowledged within five working days and that a full response is issued within ten working days of that acknowledgement.
