Innovative Training for Call Centre Staff at Major Event!

JHP Training will be attending the Call Centre & Customer Management Expo (CCE) event at the NEC in Birmingham tomorrow. The two-day event encompasses over 5,000 visitors each year and is now in its 12th year running.
'Real Apprentices' Sought at Local Event
13th July 2010 - JHP Training and many local Coventry businesses saw a breakthrough ‘Real Apprentice’ event take place last month at the Ricoh arena, as hundreds of potential apprentices came flocking through its doors!
Apprenticeship Scheme Success with Rother District Council
13th July 2010 - National training provider JHP Training successfully ran a pilot apprenticeship scheme with Rother District Council involving young apprentice Daniel Daly who recently completed at a 100% pass rate and was presented with his certificate at a lavish presentation evening recently.

Teenager Talks Learning Success
29th March 2010 - JHP Training Carlisle’s learner Jade Pickering was privileged when invited to talk to local London MP Laura Moffat about the success of the ‘Youth Pathways to Employment Scheme’ at a reception in London which came following the success of a pilot scheme last year to train apprentices at employer Cumbria Care.
