We believe in practicing what we preach – giving opportunities to talented people and growing them through a structured two year Apprenticeship to become our stars of the future.

The Apprenticeship Academy recruits twenty individuals each year to undergo comprehensive and structured training in roles across the business.

Year one will be a foundation year, allowing participants to become familiar with JHP Group and our systems. During this time they will undertake an Apprenticeship at level 2, usually in Business Administration, Customer Service or IT. At the end of year one, there will be specific, individual careers advice conducted by IAG qualified personnel, and guidance prior to selection of the most appropriate pathway for the individual to follow during their second year – this being related to their preferred route through the business following completion of the full programme. Individuals may thus select to follow a junior sales route, or higher level administration, contact centre, IT or other appropriate directions subject to there being likely availability of roles in their chosen area.
