The Employability Division of JHP Group specialises in enhancing the skills, progression and employability prospects of individuals not previously engaged in education, employment or training. A wide range of programmes enables us to cater for a diverse client group, including recent school-leavers, returners to work and the long-term unemployed - key programmes include:
Foundation Programmes
A range of foundation or pre-employment level programmes are
available for both young people and adults across England, Wales and
Scotland. The programmes combine soft skill development,
qualification units and work placements with the aim of building an
individual's confidence and experience. All employability staff
dedicated and work to address each individual's barriers to
employment offering information, advice and guidance to maximise
their opportunities.
JobCentre Plus Programmes
JHP Employability is a valued contractor of JobCentre Plus and has
extensive experience delivering programmes for job-seeking adults.
These programmes are funded through the Department of Work and
Pensions or local Learning and Skills Councils and are designed to
support those seeking work to gain skills and match them with
opportunities for sustainable employment.
The Employability Division works closely with the Skills Division to offer long-term career progression – clients frequently complete an employability programme and move to a work-based training qualification delivered by our Skills Division.
