Flexible New Deal
It’s fantastic that JHP Group has been named as preferred suppliers in 6 winning bids for the Flexible New Deal Contract.
 
Flexible New Deal is the Department of Work and Pension’s new flagship welfare to work programme which replaces New Deal and Employment Zones.  It supports individuals who have been unemployed for 12 months or more to return to or enter the sustained employment by providing:
 

•  Encouragement, developing confidence, self esteem and work ethic
• Traditional delivery around job searching, CV writing and interview skills
• Work placements
  
• Job focused information ,advice and guidance
  
• Support in developing and improving numeracy and literacy skills,
  
•  Employer lead short intensive work focused pre employment training.
• Ongoing support and encouragement to individuals once in employment 

With delivery centres in the Manchester, Coventry, Solihull,Birmingham, Lambeth, Southwalk, South Ayrshire and Dumfries and Galloway there are lots of opportunities for enthusiastic individuals from whole host of backgrounds to join us on our exciting journey.
 
We have opportunities for:

• Employability Advisors – providing  work focused 1:1 and group support to a caseload of job seekers.
• Employability Tutors - providing  work focused intensive training specifically designed to increase individuals employability and progress them into sustained employment.
• Employment Brokers – Leading on employer engagement, developing relationships with employers that lead to ongoing placement opportunities and vacancies for JHP to fill.
• Administrators - providing excellent front of house meet and greet service and back of house support with all claim activity.
• Contract Coordinators – leading specific teams to deliver outstanding customer service and excellent job out come results.
• Managers - leading the whole delivery team in providing outstanding customer service coupled with excellent contractual and financial performance.
