A day in my life…
I do not ever have two days the same as my role is slightly different in Training for Work as the other programmes.
I have to interview clients, liaise with the job centres, and induct clients, book their training, and make sure they have a good CV, monitor that they are studying (if relevant) towards their training, set up mock tests to make sure they are prepared for their training,  get clients ready to go to training eg travel arrangements, accommodation if relevant, timesheets. I also have to make sure they get their qualification after training is complete.

Another part of my job is tracking my clients after they have left to find out if they are in employment. They are tracked for 6 months after they leave the programme.

I am also involved in the rapid response programme which involves giving clients who have been made redundant or are about to be made redundant a skills transfer analysis, this takes about an hour per client and involves going out to the work place to speak to the clients about their future career plans.

JHP Group actively promotes and supports equality of opportunity for all, regardless of ability, age, gender, sexual orientation, ethnicity or religious belief.
